Robert Fuggi received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. A trial lawyer certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, he’s successfully litigated hundreds of trials from wrongful death to institutional abuse.

His high-profile cases have been featured in the Daily News, The Washington Post, The Press of Atlantic City, among others. Robert Fuggi has been honored as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.

As the founding pastor of Toms River Community Church, Robert Fuggi proactively models the change he desires to see in the American church.

He started a program for pastoral and lay students that teaches sound biblical theology. He also founded a highly active community outreach program, one of the largest in his county.

Robert Fuggi and his wife, Lana, live in New Jersey. They have three children: Robby, Danny, and Christian.
