The New Model of Development & Humanitarian Aid Delivery: A Contribution to the Success of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals

“THE NEW MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT & HUMANITARIAN AID DELIVERY” explores innovative approaches to the international and humanitarian assistance, focusing on strategies and frameworks that support the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The book critically analyses traditional aid mechanisms and proposes a fresh, bold results-driven model, the RDI Model also called The Justin Mudekereza Model, designed to make development and humanitarian aid more effective, transparent, and aligned with local needs. This new model suggests eliminating overheads, logistic and heavy bureaucracy that often hampers development and humanitarian aid delivery systems. In doing so, the book aims to bridge the gap between policy and practice, empowering stakeholders to create long-lasting, positive change in developing communities.
This book is motivated by a profound belief that a more effective and impactful model of delivering development and humanitarian aid is not only possible but necessary. It introduces Rescue Democracy International (RDI) and its innovative, lean operational framework that has made tangible progress using The New Model... This approach, called RDI Model AKA The Justin Mudekereza Model, prioritizes radical simplifications, decentralizes power to grassroots organizations, and crucially, builds capacities of local entities. The future of countless communities depends on our willingness to ADAPT and ACT.
