About the Author

Ashley D. Shepard is a teacher, chef, wife, and a mom based in the Atlanta area who combines her roles all in one under her work as Chef Ashley Shep. She decided to take her love of food to the masses by launching a movement that focuses on simplifying meal time™, getting dinner done faster, and destroying the myth that good food has to be bad for you. While her career began teaching children, it's since grown to teach moms and families about the importance of self care through healthy habits surrounding food. She believes that it's important to live above the chaos of the day to day by having routines and systems in place to help find time to do the things you love: like being with family.
