She works with individuals, couples, families and small businesses in a generalized setting with a long-term focus on grief and loss cases. Cross made a mid-life career change out of the corporate world as a Human Resources professional with the General Electric Company. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Nevada and launched her next career into the world of mental health care in 1997. This is her first book
