About the Author

Dr K Rajeshwari is currently an Associate Professor (Marketing) at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. She holds a PhD from IIT Madras and has served as a faculty member at XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is also a visiting faculty at various IIMs in the country.

Rajeshwari has authored My Life My Choice (2011) and New Product Development - A FMCG Perspective (2017). She is a regular columnist for the Hindu Business Line and has published several articles and case studies in international as well as domestic journals.

She won the 'Women Achiever Award' twice in 2011 and 2012 and was recently conferred the title 'Distinguished Woman in Management' in 2018. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (1994), she worked in the industry for 15 years in top organisations like Unilever and Nippon Paint. She recently won the Best Paper Award at an International Research Conference in Boston.

Her other interests include spending time with her son as well as practicing yoga and listening to music.

Dr Geeta Ramanathan is currently working as an Associate Vice President in a well-known corporate

group in Chennai. She holds a PhD from IIT Madras and is also a Chartered Accountant.

She is a gold medalist and a state ranker and has published papers in international journals.

She is a guest faculty at business schools.

Her interests include reading, writing and listening to music.
