New Rules (Special Forces: Operation Alpha) (Raising the Bar)

Tammy never expected her quiet life to unravel overnight.
Ray came to solve a burglary—not fall for the woman at the center of it.

As a retired Army veteran, Tammy now runs the Watering Hole Pub and keeps her world small, steady, and mostly drama-free. Until a burglary shakes everything she’s built and leaves her questioning who she can trust.

After years in the Army and private security, Ray has been trained to read people, spot threats, and stay detached. But when he’s brought to Georgia to investigate the break-in, one thing throws him completely off balance—Tammy.

The attraction between them is instant—and mildly inconvenient. Tammy has no interest in complicating her life any further, no matter how tempting he is. Ray, however, isn’t ready to give up so easily.

As the investigation heats up, so does the tension between them.

With secrets surfacing and trust on the line, Tammy and Ray will have to decide what they’re willing to risk—because the threat isn’t just business. It’s personal.
