A New System Of Geometry: Successfully Applied To The Solution Of The Square Of The Circle (1859)

""A New System of Geometry: Successfully Applied to the Solution of the Square of the Circle"" is a book written by William F. Gee and published in 1859. The book presents a new system of geometry that is claimed to be more accurate and efficient than traditional methods. The author argues that his system can solve the famous problem of squaring the circle, which had been a challenge for mathematicians for centuries. The book includes detailed explanations of the new system, as well as examples of how it can be applied to various geometric problems. It also includes a discussion of the history of the problem of squaring the circle and the attempts that had been made to solve it before the author's system. Overall, the book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in geometry and the history of mathematical problem-solving.""This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
