She is the wife of Dr. Carlton L. Lowe Sr. Rev. Lowe is the mother of seven wonderful children.

She works faithfully with her husband in the ministry.

They are founders of Life Line United Holy Church Of America

Her educational background includes a diploma in Clerical Studies from Paul D. Camp College in Franklin, Va. and a diploma in Christian Education from the United Christian Bible Institute in Goldsboro, N.C.

Rev. Lowe has worked part-time for fifteen years in the Franklin City Schools. She was a volunteer tutor in the elementary school. She loves children and is always encouraging them to stay in school and be a success.

She also work with home bound students.
