Illustrations include a children's playground on the roof, a tenement house top in Summer, Chimneys and Dormers in Old New York, a rigging loft, ship chandler's loft, sail loft and entrance, and a boat builder's loft. Housed in protective mylar report cover with spine sleeve. Very scarce.
