Reviews:
This book is a sad remembrance of the September 11 but also a striking memorial to the victims, the survivors, and the rescue workers. Appropriately and movingly, the victims of September 11--those lost in the World Trade Center and on the two planes that crashed into the twin towers, those lost in the Pentagon and on the plane that crashed into it, and the passengers on the fourth hijacked plane--are listed very simply and eloquently on a multipage spread. A collection of effective photographs is matched by a series of equally effective essays, testimonials, and poems by such figures as Robert Kennedy Jr., Salman Rushdie, and Noam Chomsky. Brad Hooper
