Light card covers; 68 pages. Reprint; first published in this form in 1975. In a one-page Foreword is an explanation of this booklet and its contents. Library bookplate affixed to inside front cover; inkstamp and three small removal scars (pocket and "date due" slip, presumably) at inside rear cover. A prior owner has listed in ink on verso of Foreword a list of counties followed by number totals. Otherwise clean and intact.
