About the Author
For 45 years, Harry Newton's first love has been technology—especially computing, networking and telecommunications. He has been a speaker at every telecom and networking trade show and convention, including some he started himself. He has been an expert witness and a consultant to telecom companies. He has written over 30,000 articles on telecom, computing, networking and technology. He founded seven monthly magazines in the industry, including Call Center, Computer Telephony, and Imaging.
