Next Gen CEO (Paperback)

'The real deal' – Alan Sugar
'The essential modern playbook' – Simon Squibb

You don’t need the top job to think like a CEO.

The old rulebook for career success is dead. Today, every ambitious professional is facing the 'Three Storms': the AI revolution, global power shifts, and transformative working practices. To survive and thrive, you must adapt fast.

Next Gen CEO is not a dry management textbook. In 60 sharp, micro-learning chapters, Mike Soutar distils decades of experience as a founder, executive, and BBC's The Apprentice interviewer into battle-tested frameworks. Written as a 'working book' meant to live on your desk, it strips away the noise to focus on the raw mechanics of everyday success.

Inside, you’ll discover how to:

• Master Self-Leadership: Build the unshakeable self-belief, relentless optimism, and work ethic required to stand out.
• Embrace Constructive Dissent: Learn why losing more arguments actually makes you a stronger, more respected team member.
• Step Out of the Weeds: Use the four-step 'PISA' method to stop carrying everyone else's mental load and take control of your time.
• Protect Your Energy: Map your personal productivity curve to stay on fire without burning out.

Leadership is a behaviour, not a job title. The future will disproportionately reward those who learn faster than the world is changing.

Are you ready to take charge?
