Next GEN: Building Strategies for Wealth This book empowers today's families and future generations with the financial knowledge needed to manage money responsibly and purposefully build generational wealth. Affluent families often rely on intentional wealth transfer strategies-such as using trusts, estate planning, gifting, education savings plans, and diversified investments in cash, stocks, bonds, real estate, and family businesses-to minimize federal estate taxes and preserve more of their assets for heirs. Looking toward 2050, economists caution that these concentrated wealth transfers will further widen economic inequality, as affluent households continue to pass down significant assets while lower income families experience only marginal increases in their share of global wealth. By deepening your understanding of financial management, generational wealth becomes a powerful force that strengthens long term stability and expands opportunity for families. The insights and tools in this book are designed to help you begin building, preserving, and sustaining wealth across generations.
