Dr. Ray A. McQueen is the founder and pastor of Family Life Church in Lynchburg, Virginia, known for delivering God's Word with humor and boldness. After 11 years in the U.S. Air Force, he launched the ministry in 1997, focusing on nurturing the whole person-body, soul, and spirit. A pastor, author, teacher, and mentor, Dr. Ray emphasizes living by faith, devotion to Christ, and leaving a generational legacy. He pastors alongside his wife, Apostle Sharon McQueen, is father to two adult children, and grandfather to a granddaughter who lovingly calls him "Pop Pop."
