Viola Grays-Wiley is an educator, with more than 35 years of successful evaluations by school administrators, supplemented with as many years of praise from parents and the students she empowered. She has taught practically at every level in public schools in the South, as well as in the Midwest, within the United States. Her expertise at drastically increasing students' academic performance, especially in Reading and literacy, landed her the title of " The Teachers' Teacher", by an educational expert, the late Dr. Ogden Lindsley,  the "FATHER OF PRECISION TEACHING", after visiting her class and following up with her students' phenomenal achievement in the city of Chicago. She was selected as the keynote speaker at the Annual Behavior Analysis International Conference hosted at the Hyatt-Regency, wowing an international audience with her prolific, evidenced-based speech.
