Bill holds a masters degree in adult education from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and has authored six books. <P>Julie Coates is editor of Course Trends Magazine. She attended N. C. State University, Cornell University, and earned her masters degree in public administration and adult education from Kansas State University.
