Kids in today’s world encounter a multitude of issues that are totally different from those their parents had to face as teenagers. Dr. Joe White is the president of Kanakuk Kamps in Branson, Missouri whose 12 locations in the Ozarks and Colorado provide athletic training and spiritual guidance to over 27,000 teenagers each summer. Joe is a frequent guest speaker at national meetings including Promise Keepers, and the author of 13 books. Joe and his wife, Debbie Jo, have four adult children. Nicholas Comninellis is an associate professor of family medicine and public health at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and President of INMED Institute for International Medicine. Nicholas spends his summers working with teenagers at Kanakuk Kamps in Branson, Missouri. The father of three teens himself, Nicholas is also the author of five books, including Where Do I Go From Here? (New Leaf Press, 2002), and Darwin s Demise (Master Books, 2001) with Dr. Joe White.
