As nitrogen dioxide is one of the most important pollutants in the atmosphere with impact on atmospheric chemical processes and public health. The atmospheric nitrogen dioxide level correlated strongly with the traffic volume, which become a general problem for most of the metropolis.

About the Author

Ka Lok Chan, is currently a PhD student in the School of Energy and Environment at the City University of Hong Kong. His primary research interest is air pollution monitoring techniques, including both remote sensing and in situ measurements.
