Other than an occasional phone call, Edwin Terrell, Jr. hasn’t seen Mai Fisher for four years, a condition set by Mai’s husband, Alexei Bukharin. Still, it’s time for a surprise visit to The Hague.

With Alexei retired from field work and now in a job at The Hague, Mai joins him at the War Crimes Tribunal as head of security.
