Much attention is paid to the creation of a mathematical model and its verification, as well as to the problem of soft impact simulation. The exciting frequency, the technological mass of the mold with concrete, and the stiffness parameters were chosen as control parameters. When these parameters were changed, many nonlinear phenomena unique to discontinuous systems were observed, namely, the chaotic motion, coexisting regimes that were watched in the hysteresis zone under different initial conditions, boundary and interior crises, intermittency, crisis-induced intermittency, transient chaos. To identify the received signals, common tools were used, as well as tools that are used less often, such as the fractal structure of Poincaré maps and wavelet characteristics. A lot of graphs and Tables accompanies the presentation.
