About the Author

Victor Futter is chair of the ad hoc committee on nonprofits of the American Society of Corporation Secretaries. Mr Futter was vice president and secretary of Allied Corporation (now Honeywell International); general counsel and secretary of the board of trustees of the Farleigh Dickinson University; and was of counsel to Sills, Cummis, Zuckerman, Radin, Tischman, Epstein & Gross.
