Hardcover with dust jacket. Dark blue cloth cover with gold stamp on front and spire has mildly crushed top and bottom of spine and average shelf wear. Pages clean and mildly tanned due to age. Dust jacket is tanned, has some chipping at the top of the spine and fraying on the edges top and bottom. Book is in fine condition with a very good dust jacket.

For shipping domestic orders (including territories and APO/FPO) we use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail/Book Rate (S&H): $ 5.10 for the 1st book, thereafter $1.50/book (please be aware that Media Mail is the slowest method provided by the USPS and shipments can take up to 4 or 5 weeks (usually however within 7 working days). For International orders: we ship only Priority International.. We will NOT be responsible for any additional customs fees that may be placed on shipments.
