Likely published c.1959 (though 1957 date appears in book). ML #156.2. --- A very nice copy: clean, tightly-bound and unmarked but with some spotting to topstain. Unclipped dust jacket ($1.65) with spots of soiling (especially to spine), else bright, intact and wrapped in new removable archival mylar protector.; 12mo (7 to 7-1/2 in. tall); xviii, 455, [6, ads] pages.
