There is wear to the pamphlet and a few stains to the cover. One stain is from a paperclip. There are a couple of creases from the top to the bottom through out the item and the upper right hand corner has been creased throughout. There is an address in ink on the back cover. ; There is an inscription on the front cover which reads (as best I can tell) : Sir W. Greenfell, with the author's compliment.
