Notes For The Last Kind Ones

Modern life asks us to be productive, available and improving at all times. Somewhere in that pressure, many of us have become more tired, more impatient and less like the people we meant to be.

Notes For The Last Kind Ones is for anyone who feels worn down by work, constant comparison and the quiet demand to turn every part of life into something useful.

With warmth, humour and plain honesty, David explores how busyness became an identity, why rest now feels like another task, and what happens when decent people spend too long inside systems that reward speed over care. More importantly, he looks at the ordinary ways we can return to ourselves without abandoning our responsibilities or pretending the modern world has nothing to offer.

This is not a book about perfect routines, relentless positivity or becoming a better product. It is about protecting the part of you that still notices, listens, laughs and cares.

For the tired, the quietly frustrated and those trying to remain kind in a world that makes kindness harder, this book is for you.
