New York: The Dial Press, 1964 Second Printing. Hardcover bound in blue cloth with gilt decorative device on front side and faded gilt title on spine. 158 pages. Condition: Good. No marks or writing to book. There is a binder's error to bottom edge of title page which was apparently folded and creased in binding process resulting in a tear to the paper and trimmed edge. Our copy lacks the issued dust jacket. A good reading copy of this excellent book of essays by a titan of 20th century American literature. Seller Inventory # BALD_060323
