In very good condition, burgundy buckram with gilt vignette to front and titles to spine. Fade to top front edge and along spine. Owners name and date neatly to ffep otherwise clean. These essays were originally written for the "Notts and Derbyshire Notes and Queries" and are reproduced here with an introduction and additional notes and corrections. The book includes seven photogravure prints along with line drawings and diagrams to the text and three fold out plans.
