About the Author

Dr. O. Anwar Bég is Research Leader in Biomechanics/Biotechnology in the Department of Engineering and Mathematics, Sheffield Hallam University, UK. He also directs the MEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering course. Born in 1969, he obtained his PhD in Engineering Science from Manchester University in 1996. He has published over 120 journal articles.
