國內眼鏡業多以連鎖品牌為主，各家廠商推出不同的優惠方案吸引消費者上門，傳統實體眼鏡店面臨競爭越來越激烈，再加上眼科醫學進步，雷射開刀近視手術降低了戴眼鏡的人口，引發配鏡人數漸漸減少。又因面臨低毛利，管銷成本卻是急速上升，孕運而生一種新的商業模式於眼鏡業O2O。O2O（Offline to Online）是近年崛起的新興行動商業模式，主要消費模式為消費者在實體店中享受服務或取得商品，卻在網路上進行付費。本研究方法採用深入訪談法，訪談共7位專家進行O2O商業模式應用於傳統眼鏡業之剖析。探討五大面向，分別以商流、物流、金流、資訊流、人才流等五個主要面向進行研究，商流、物流、金流、人才流，台灣這幾年來線上購物蓬勃發展帶動整個產業鏈緊密接合，完整性相當充足，線上眼鏡行已能直接採用。唯獨在資訊流方面，卡在驗光的行為，由於驗光是醫療行為因此不能直接在網路上完成，必須在線下完成，此時支援單位以實體眼鏡行、眼科醫生、行動驗光車，補足此塊缺口。未來，隨著科技的進步，或許有可能直接在網路前面完成驗光的行為。本研究貢獻，以五大面向點出O2O商業模式應用於傳統眼鏡業的優缺點，可提供相關業者進入此一市場時先行研究。
