VOLUME ONE ONLY (of a two volume set). #1530 of a limited edition of 2500 copies (limitation statement upon page 1). 592 pages. Hardcover: H 27.25cm x L 20.25cm. No dust jacket (as issued?). Red boards; slight flaking to otherwise still bright gilt stamping on front board and spine. Toning and slight foxing to text block edges. Slight foxing to several initial and rear leaves but interior pages overall remain clean. Binding retains some crispness. OCLC does cite a successive volume published in 1985. Please note that this book has an approximate shipping weight of 5 pounds (2.26 kg) and may require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.
