THERE IS A SMALL MARK TO THE FRONT INSIDE BOARD. THE BINDING HAS LOOSENED AND SOME PAGES ARE DETACHED. THERE IS FOXING THROUGHOUT. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE.
