OPERATION JUMP SPARK: Creating a Jump Spark Preserve the Treasures of Freemasonry

The engine is running rough. Too many Councils are held together by a handful of companions who have been carrying the load for years. New members drift away. The ritual gets performed but not practiced. The treasures of Freemasonry are preserved in words but not in lives.

Operation Jump Spark is a practical guide for Cryptic Masons who are ready to do something about it.

Drawing on the history and symbolism of the Royal Master, Select Master, and Super Excellent Master degrees, this booklet connects the ancient lessons of the vault to the real work of leading and growing a Council today. It covers the duties of Cryptic Masonry, the five leadership principles hidden inside the degrees, a concrete membership program called the Three R's, and a strategic planning guide for Council officers.

The treasures are worth preserving. The vault is waiting. Turn the key.
