About the Author

Dan Mann is a veteran of three distinct careers. He got his start in youth education as a schoolteacher, coach, choir director and youth pastor. He then worked his way through the retail world as salesman, regional management, buyer, culminating as the Vice President of Retail for Bachrach Clothing in Chicago, IL. Since 2003, Dan has impacted thousands of companies as the founder and president of The Mann Group-a consultancy based in Asheville, North Carolina. The one common thread through these careers has been training. Dan has innovated, detailed and refined the process of influence.
