Large folio (12.5 x 10.25in) orig. half green morocco leather binding, with leather gilt title label on front cover, very worn, damage to head and foot of spine, Charles Richardson [1806-1871] architect, was a pupil of Sir John Soane. 'Richardson is chiefly remembered as a pioneer of the Victorian appreciation of Tudor and Elizabethan architecture and as an architectural draughtsman and collector of architectural drawings' Oxford DNB.
