Due volumi legati in uno di cm. 21,5, pp. xx, 202 (2); 260 (2). Con 6 belle tavole fuori testo in litografia. Elegante legatura coeva in piena pelle rossa con decorazioni a dorso e piatti. Tagli dorati e dentelles interne. Piccoli segni d'uso alle cerniere, ma esemplare fresco, a carte candide ed in ottimo stato di conservazione. Bella edizione di questa non comune relazione di viaggio in cui l'apparato iconografico risulta completamente rifatto rispetto all'edizione britannica del 1825. Le tavole raffigurano Firenze, Pozzuoli e Baia e sono litografie da disegni dal vero di Bell stampate a Napoli da Fergola. Cfr. F. Olschki (viaggi in Europa) n. 62 (la quale cita l'edizione successiva del 1840); Pine-Coffin 817/8.
