Publisher's original green cloth, octavo, pp. 53. Several leaves have worked loose from the binding and are simply "laid in." Leaves paginated 43/44 - 45/46 were never opened at publication (i.e., they are joined together at the fore-edge). Previous owner attempted to open them with an unsteady hand or dull implement, resulting in a tear (see image). NOTE that Plate 3, the large 4-panel fold-out Panorama View of the East Shore of a part of Grindstone and Alright Islands is present and in Very Good condition.
