With an errata slip, tipped in. 8vo. viii, 127, [1 (blank)] pp. (lacks pp. 129?156). ESTC T12991. Sewing gone, with sewing holes in inner margins, signatures loose. Title-page lightly soiled, rubber-stamped with five-digit number, and with a Franklin Insitute Library rubber-stamp. Early inked notations at top of title-page. Several other pages rubber-stamped. A couple of leaves with folded corners. Lacks final 28 pages and thus, an incomplete copy. Bookseller Inventory # 10320
