As a physician trained in medicine, psychiatry, and public health, Kenneth M. Piazza, MD, MPH, has devoted his life to guiding hurting and unhappy people into healthier ways of living and thinking. Through thirty years of practice, Piazza has discovered that a deep spiritual connection helps people accept pain and suffering and live much happier lives than those living without a spiritual beacon.

As an academic researcher and author of the popular self-help book When Love Hurts, Piazza has been a guest on popular radio and television shows and published in top-selling publications. In addition to holding degrees in medicine and public health, Piazza studied theology, Catholic apologetics, and philosophy at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
