Bound in three-quarter navy-blue leather with five raised bands, stamped gilt over spine and lightly bumped corners. Off white cloth is foxed on surfaces. Endpages and margins are also lightly foxed inside. Tightly bound with securely attached hinges. Small bookplate stickers present on marbled endpapers. Edition conforming to the latest texts reviewed by the author. 494p ; 479p. Les pages ne sont pas marquées avec une légère patine et sont abondamment illustrées de planches en noir et blanc et en couleur. Texte en anglais. Reliure en cuir trois quarts bleu marine à cinq nerfs, dos frappé à l'or et coins légèrement émoussés. Le tissu blanc cassé est renardé sur les surfaces. Les pages de garde et les marges sont également légèrement renards à l'intérieur. Étroitement lié avec des charnières solidement fixées. Petits autocollants d'ex-libris présents sur les gardes marbrées. Edition conforme aux derniers textes revus par l'auteur.
