About this Item

In good condition. Nicely bound with hand-marbled boards. Leather lightly scuffed along edges and hinges. Extremities have minor rubbing. Gilt finishing on spine is lightly chipped, but remains bright. Beautifully bright marbled end papers. Front flyleaves in both volumes have been torn out. All other leaves intact. Interiors are toned along edges. Free of known markings. Bindings tight and intact. Please see photos. A lovely set of Shakespeare s famous plays translated into French.
