Plan of Penzance present & correct with just a couple of tears down folds (without loss) un-repaired. Map of surrounding district missing. Small tear in top margin of 2 pages where incorrectly cut (without loss). No names or inscriptions. Front cover still bright, a small bit of damp stain on rear board. Undated but about 1888, (all statistics shown cover up to 1886).
