112pp + 20 pages display ads. Still well bound. Apart from very occasional light foxing interior in nice clean condition. Plan of Penzance present & correct with just a couple of tears down folds (without loss) un-repaired. Map of surrounding district missing. Small tear in top margin of 2 pages where incorrectly cut (without loss). No names or inscriptions. Front cover still bright, a small bit of damp stain on rear board. Undated but about 1888, (all statistics shown cover up to 1886).
