All orders must be prepaid.
Uninsured parcels shipped at customer's risk.
All books subject to prior sale. Once an order is received, the book will be held ten days if still available.
We do not accept returns unless our description of the book is faulty, and then only with our prior approval. If you wish to return a book, you must contact us within three business days of receipt of book.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE RETURN SHIPPING AMOUNTS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE OR PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

West Virginia residents please add 6% sales tax. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Shipping & Handling is $7.25 for the 1st book & $7.00 per each additional book.
All orders shipped via media U. S. mail.
We require our customers to have books or order over $35US in value sent via insured mail, amount according to USPS and destination. The customer will pay cost of insurance.
Once an item is shipped and leaves our posession and is with the United States Postal Service, we have no control over delivery. Please contact your local post office.
IN the event an insured item is not delivered, we will assist by contacting our local post office to attempt to obtain the last known location. In the event and insured item requires an insurace claim, we will make the claim. Any refund is dependant upon the outcome of the USPS claim. No refunds will be issued unless and until the USPS has agreed and paid the claim. Then, only the cost of the book/item will be refunded- no shipping will be refunded.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.2 LB. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
