About the Author

John Twidell is a former professor of renewable energy at de Montfort University and a former board member of both the British Wind Energy Association and the UK Solar Energy Society. Gaetano Gaudiosi is a European Commission expert for the evaluation of wind-power proposals and a chairman for the triennial European seminar Offshore Wind Energy in the Mediterranean and European Seas.
