Current through October 2011, including the new restaurant carry law and new car carry law. You have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours: 1. selecting your handgun 2. choosing your ammunition 3. picking your holster 4. completing your training and 5. obtaining your license. How much have you invested in knowing what the law is and how to comply with it? The unfortunate reality is that Ohio's training requirements do not include a presentation from an Attorney on the essential question facing a citizen carrying a gun in Ohio: How not to get arrested. Written by an attorney with trial experience with Ohio's concealed carry laws, in plain English, this book covers all relevant portions of Ohio's Law, including general firearm laws, open carry, concealed carry, motorvehicle transportation and carry, use of force, castle doctrine and other liability issues. Also included are up-to-date copies of all relevant statutes so the law is "at your fingertips" wherever you travel.
