8 page Hotel brochure with description, tariff and drawings by F.M Pitcher. There is piece about the Hotel reprinted from 'The Sussex Express' July 10th, 1925 at rear. Staples rusty, covers rather dulled with some scuffing around edges o/w a clean unmarked copy in good condition. There is also a printed 'Unsolicited testimonial from 'A woman's notebook' by Vera Brttain in 'The Nation and Athenaeum,' 31st January, 1931 loosely inserted, in which she refers to the hotel. Ref m244.
