In addition flat signed on the title page by the lead author Bob Burke and the secondary author Joan Gilmore as well, not personalized to anyone. Volume itself has dark blue covers and sharp gilt lettering on the spine. 311 pages with a foreword, 23 chapters, an epilogue, a bibliography, notes, and an index. Book is clean, fresh, tight and bright. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. A very nice, authors and subject signed copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
