No markings or inscriptions. One of 200 copies, printed by Will and Sebastian Carter, unnumbered, signed on the title page by Martyn Skinner. Brown paper-covered boards with pleasing cream coloured label pasted on the front. A few signs of light wear to edges, small bump to corner; very faint fading to the spine, but a very nice copy.
