postage rates are available
to us. We generally ship Priority to International destinations (1-2 weeks for
USA and Canada).

Returns policy: in case of serious undeclared defect we will offer a partial or
complete refund as
appropriate, with the aim of achieving complete customer satisfaction in all
cases.
