Vg, xi+193 pp. V. sl. occasional foxing for a page or two at ends. Bishop Gibson traces in some detail the background Old Testament influence (& briefly the Apocrypha) on the New, not so much the direct quotes but the background ideas and allusions. A valuable work that has not lost its value with time. Size: Crown.
